Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to cosplayers across North America, Europe, and Australia. Unfortunately, we currently have limited shipping to Asia and some remote areas.

A: After you place your order, our team processes it within 1-2 business days. Then, shipping times vary:
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch – $12.95
- Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch – FREE on orders over $50
