At Cosplay Sales Store, we want you to be thrilled with your new anime, game, movie, TV, or TV drama costume. We take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things might not be just right. That’s why we offer a straightforward and friendly returns and exchanges process!

This policy applies to all orders shipped to regions we serve (primarily North America, Europe, and Australia—sorry, some Asian regions and remote areas are excluded).

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Please include the original packaging and any accessories.
  • We require a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Note: Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of cosplay products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Custom-made or tailored costumes
  • Wigs, makeup, or any hygiene-sensitive items
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Process

If you’re exchanging for a different size or style:

  • We will ship the new item once the return is received and approved.
  • Standard or free shipping will apply to the new shipment.
