• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Depending on your location, additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We ship globally with some restrictions (certain Asian regions and remote areas are excluded).

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control (customs delays, weather, carrier delays, etc.) may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer’s unavailability, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully:

Return Window

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging and all accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of cosplay products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made or tailored costumes
• Wigs, makeup, or any hygiene-sensitive items
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
4. Pack the item securely with the RMA number inside the package
5. Ship to: Cosplay Sales Store Returns Department, 3786 Marietta Street, Santa Rosa, US 95401

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For size or style exchanges:

• We will ship the new item once the return is received and approved
• Standard or free shipping will apply to the new shipment
